Is a certified Master Trainer, having studied at Lilleshall School of Excellence. He has comprehensive experience in a wide variety of sports and training regimes, which he feels can be utilised when goal setting with clients. He is here to give you clear, expert advice to help you achieve your health and fitness goals in realistic time frames. He will help you see results faster using proven, balanced and innovative methods & show you techniques you can replicate at home, as well as in the Harbour Club gym.
