We organised the UK Landscape Conference at the Crowne Plaza Liverpool last week, I just wanted to drop you a line to say how well we were looked after by your staff. Without exception , they were friendly and cheerful and went out of their way to help with any request. They all had an obvious pride in their hotel and their job and seemed to support each other and work really well as a team. From our point of view this level of service makes such a difference to our job as event managers. All the staff were outstanding, but in particular I would like to mention Luke who appeared to be on duty 24/7 (I'm sure he wasn't really) and did everything from carry bags to our room to sorting out our IT issues. And Nina whom oversaw the conference dinner with consummate passion.

It is with a great deal of pride that I write to thank you for yet again providing us with a wonderful venue for our seventh Community Safety Awards Celebration Evening.
I personally wondered whether we could repeat our previous years successes and keep the event fresh and exciting. I had no need to worry, from the feed back we have received, we achieved this with even greater success.
I know that the assistance Sandra and Peter gain from the hotel in preparation of the event is second to none, and they are able to relax in the knowledge that your staff will do everything in their power to ensure that the event runs smoothly. The attention to detail, service, friendliness and sheer willingness to help is outstanding.
You should be extremely proud of the team you have at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, and I would ask you to pass on my thanks to each and every member; in particular to Laura and Nina.
We are very fortunate to have forged such a special relationship between the Hotel and the Service and I hope we are able to work with you again in the future.

Thank you all at the Crowne Plaza for your help and support with our Wedding Reception. It was an absolute pleasure working with you and you were superbly efficient and accommodating. The foyer area and function suite looked wonderful and the meal and evening buffet were also excellent. We enjoyed every minute of our special day.

The day was organized perfectly, and everything went so smoothly, the staff were unobtrusive but very attentive. All our guests have said what a lovely day they had and how lovely the food was both day and night. We are so glad that we chose to have our wedding at the Crowne Plaza as it made our special day perfect.
