An experienced and enthusiastic Breakfast Chef is required to support the kitchen brigade in the effective delivery of “the best breakfast in town”. As CDP with Crowne Plaza Liverpool City Centre you will support the kitchen brigade in the effective delivery of the kitchen function, you will ensure that quality standards are achieved and maintained, cost targets are achieved and working relationships with all departments are developed. You will provide leadership and direction of the Kitchen Brigade in a positive manner at all times, delegating and communicating appropriate tasks and responsibilities effectively to all team members.
As Restaurant Manager at Crowne Plaza Liverpool you will be part of the leadership team ensuring we deliver an exceptional food and beverage service to our guests enjoying service in our Plaza Brasserie. You will endeavour to support the needs of our Guests to ensure an exceptional Guest experience. Reporting to the Food and Beverage Operations Manager you will be responsible for championing food and beverage standards within the Hotel. You will combine strong Restaurant Management with environmental control; you will need to effortlessly maintain the perfect environment during each shift ensuring your team are attentive to every need of our guests. You'll be required to direct the team through each shift, monitoring quality of the food and drinks we are serving and liaising with customers to ensure that the desired effect is being achieved. You will be expected to promote sales and minimize costs wherever possible ideally you will be a self-starter who will proactively seek to exceed the expectations both of the company and their customers. As Restaurant Manager you will deliver a guest experience that is unique and brings the brand to life.
