New Banksy found in Liverpool

A new piece of public art spotted 200 yards from the Crowne Plaza hotel is believed to be that of renowned artist 'Banksy'

Whilst it is always difficult to verify the work of this reclusive artist a copy of this picture has appeared on his website suggesting its authenticity.

The artwork, which depicts a biplane leaving a trail of smoke, is on the wall of a car park in Rumford Street Liverpool.

This is the second known work of Banksy to be found in Liverpool the other appearing in 2004.
