Our fully qualified professionals will take you through a full health check and devise a personal programme that meets your aims and needs, this will be updated on a regular basis as your membership continues with us.

Our gymnasium is fully air conditioned with resistance machines and over 20 cardio stations. We have a separate free weights section with Smith Machine, and a matted area for floor work. Members and hotel residents can also use the cooled aerobics studio with timber sprung floor.
Also we hold a great range of classes which you can take part in to run alongside your fitness programme. These classes range from Boxercise, Step & Tone, Body Conditioning as well as Yoga, Pilates and many more.
