BODY WEIGHT TRAINING
My unique style of exercise include a multiple muscle groups working in unison with variations of squates, lunges, pushups, sit ups, crawls, agility drills and everthing in between.
Outdoor activities with tractor tyres, beer kegs, battle ropes, the works. Formulated for a 6 week progression program. Intensity - functionality and variery. Look out for our new start date.
A combination of resistance and cardio-vascular training. A structure that unites pain & pleasure. Regular programs that will achieve reduced fat levels as well as building muscle. Whether your goal is to drop a dress size, build your muscles or just to increase your overall body strength. I will help you to achieve your goals as well as build a stronger mind and body.
CARDIO VASCULAR TRAINING
I am very experienced in the cardio-vascular training of British army soldiers and all sporting athletes. Whether you're an endurance athlete, a sprinter or want to generally improve your cardio-vascular fitness for a strong, healthy heart and lungs. I provide exciting training programmes that will help you achieve.
