Can I use the Car Park, and how much is it?
Car parking is guaranteed for hotel residents and charged at
£7.50 per car per evening.
Blue badge parking is complimentary, whilst using the hotels
facilities. Non residents may also use the car park, rates can be
found in the location section of the website.
How far is the City Centre?
The hotel is located in the City Centre; the shopping district is 0.5 KM away. Liverpool Football Club & Museum is 5 KM from the hotel, the Echo Arena and BT Convention Centre is 1 KM away.
Do you have a cash machine in the hotel?
No, however the financial district is a three minute walk from the hotel where all the main banks are situated.
What time is check in?
Check in is guaranteed from 2pm, should you arrive early and you room is not ready concierge will gladly store your luggage until the room is ready.
What time is check out?
Check out is 11am, requests for late checkout are not guaranteed.
Do I need to bring towels to the Leisure Club?
No, fresh towels are available at the leisure club reception
Where can I use the internet?
For guests staying in Club rooms we have two complimentary internet terminals located in the club lounge, we also have an internet terminal for guest usage in the lobby.
What is the closest train station to the hotel?
The closest main line train station is Liverpool Lime Street which is 2 KM from the hotel, we recommend using a taxi to get to the hotel which costs approximately £3.00.
